Your First Meeting
Don't forget the club meetings are the third Wednesday of each month. They start at 7:00. You can click here and get a map and driving directions to the Caseyville township building 10001 Bunkum Rd. Fairview Heights, IL

Please bring a smile.
We probably did not get a photo of you when you signed up.
We need your photo for your badges. We use badges so we can get to know you, and so you can get to know us. We all wear them. They are also used to identify you so you can buy the special club produced CD, guests are not permitted to do that. And just in case no one told you, with your badge, and a few hours of help at our booth at the computer show, you can get into the shows at the Collinsville Convention Center for FREE.

The Meetings
We are not very formal. All of our members are friendly. We have a short business meeting. A 50/50 drawing where, if  you want to participate, you buy a ticket for $1.00. You can buy as many as you want. If your number is selected you get your choice of 1/2 of the ticket sales, or one of the many items offered. There are generally 4 winners. We have two open times when you can just find someone and talk to them. We have a question and answer session where we deal with computer problems and issues. We have a demo, for those who want to sit in on it. We also keep the open session running in another part of the room. We fix broke machines, and trouble shoot problems. If you are going to need some hardware help, please contact Mike before hand, and he will arrange for the support equipment we need.

Board Meetings
Board Meetings. The demo subjects are decided during the board meetings on the first Wednesday of each month. Everyone is welcome to attend board meeting, but you have to pay for your own meal. The discussion at Board Meetings can be very technical at times. Most of  attendees at the board meeting are the guy you saw behind the tables at the show. We are hard core users, with lots of experience, and we talk tech. We try not to talk as much tech at the regular meetings.

Member Surveys
Several months ago we surveyed our members to find out what their interests were, and what they wanted to do. It would be helpful if you would fill out a questionnaire and bring it to the meeting so we can be sure we are on track and will meet your need too.. The questionnaire is hereThe results so far can be found here. The questionnaire is designed to open if your default word processor, or Microsoft Write.
