In general membership problems fall into several broad categories:

I am not receiving post cards reminders about meetings

We have discontinued postcard reminders.

I am not receiving reminders about local sales, club meeting, and other events
Has your membership expired?  If so CLICK HERE.

If your membership has not expired, then we have the wrong email address in the database. The email list is automated, and comes from the database. CLICK HERE and send your correct email address. Please include your name and address. Its not fun trying to find people by their email address.

I am not receiving messages from other club members, and or I can not send email to club members
There are four basic reason why this function is not working.

1. If you are receiving messages from club members, but you can not send messages you are not using an incorrect email address. CLICK HERE for the address.

2. There is something wrong with the email address on the list server. If your membership is current, CLICK HERE.

3. If your membership has expired,  CLICK HERE

Has my membership expired?
You can tell if your membership has expired by checking the date on your badge.

If it has expired, you need to email Charles Wallace, our treasurer. He will give you instructions on what to do.

We give members a 60 day grace period. You will not be cut off during that time. That gives you two months to get to a meeting and pay your dues or mail Don  a check. When Don tells me that your dues have been paid, a new badge reflecting your new expiration date will be issued.

All badge problems
All badge problems go to Dennis McMurtrey. Click here to send him an eMail. As a matter of policy, we want all members to return their badges at the end of each meeting and pick them up at the next meeting. That way we know who is at the meetings and badges do not get lost. You also do not have to worry about forgetting yours.

We DO NOT mail badges to anyone. Don't ask. If you only use your badge at the shows, don't worry, we will have it there.

I do not have a badge.
Are you a member? If you are not. NO BADGE. Badges are not issued to guests, or friends of members, etc.

If you are member click on the above links, be sure to include your name and address. It would also be helpful to know when you paid your dues. After some checking a badge will be issued. Also we will need a photo. See below for more information.

My badge has expired
If your badge as expired, so has your membership. Badge expiration dates are printed directly from the information in the membership database. It is possible we have the wrong data on file. Either way you need to contact Don and get it corrected. CLICK HERE  and follow those instructions. Don will contact me when you have paid your dues, or he will send me the correct date. When he does a new badge will be made.

Information on my badge is incorrect
Since badge production is automated, that means our database does not have the correct information. Please email idigital@charter.net your name, address, phone number. When I get a correct database I will correct your badge.

I do not have a photo on my badge.
Either we need a photo, or I screwed up. If your photo has been taken, I can send you the unidentified photos that we have on file, or you can do any of the options in the category below.

I do not like the photo on my badge.
Well, is it really that bad? These aren't for a glamour magazine.

But you do have choices. See note below**

1. We can take another one at the next meeting.

2. Email me a photo you like. You can scan an existing photo, get someone to take a photo with a digital camera.  Don't worry about the background or other people in the photo, I can fix that. If there is more than one person in the photo please tell me which one you are. Remember to include your name in the email. It helps a lot. Photos that have a length to width ration of 1.5 to 1 work best. Otherwise you are going to gain or loose weight when we make the badge.

 3. Send me a photo via the mail. If this is your choice please email me, and I will give you a mailing address. If you wish, your photo will be returned at the next meeting.

**Be aware that an additional photo badge will cost $5.00. This is to offset costs of badge duplication.

The dog ate my badge.
Yes, I've heard this one before and many more. That's the reason you are supposed to turn in your badge at the end of each meeting. Just tell me its lost, and I will issue a new one. You may pick it up at the next meeting. Rules above apply.
